From the help information: Data is received at the path httpds. So, if your system is accessible at, for example, 'http://localhost/', data should be directed to 'http://localhost/httpds'. So in your case you want 192.168.1.44:4200/httpds to send data in. Click on listen to check and ensure data is coming in: [image: gh8CEEW.png] This should help you get started Fox

Look around the forums, there are numerous topics you can tap into. I have written a custom dashboard system so feel free to call on me if desired. As for permissions, i strongly recommend a combination of them with datapoint tags. Gives you a lot of freedom for your dashboard structure and behaviour. Fox

There is no explainable reason why you would lose your JSON data by deleting your events data. I highly doubt it was caused by that. I would start mango up with a fresh DB and restore to one of your backed up versions where the JSON data is still there and then try to delete the events again.

Ok, I found a solution! The old thread pool settings: [image: 27VaYgI.png] Settings now: [image: 8Xk61qq.png] The setup with more than 120 BACnet-Devices needs a lot of threads, so the ptp-sync hasn't enough and failed. Now it needs more CPU (20-45%) but it is working, that is fine.

Okay. There is Definitely a Bug in Mango- I just upgraded one of my sites from 3.5.x to 3.7.3 and had all of the devices on one of my USB to Serial converters not work. This system has (2)- One is talking to inverters, the other is talking to a meter and some other stuff. The "meter and other stuff" one is fine, but the inverter one is most certainly Not Fine. So far, I've been unable to get this going. This is a USB to Serial converter attached to a Linux box, running on Java 8. To stress again: This was working Fine before the upgrade, and I just upgraded it, and it isn't working. Reboot isn't solving the problem this time. I've already upgraded to the latest JSSC. What changed in the serial drivers here?

Thanks for the response on this-- I'll start looking into doing this via CSV.. The last time I tried this I was getting a bit annoyed at the wrong things updating. I'll try the process outlined for the next set of projects I bring up. I actually got very quick doing this with the legacy view page by copying and just changing the two blanks, then clicking and changing the modbus addresses of the points. Went right quick.

Hello all, This issue happens more often than not - and the site is hosted with mangoautomation. Am I better off selfhosting this? Can someone please let me know why this is occurring, and some pro / cons to self hosting. Best Regards, Maurice
