      Hi Tom, It is using both. The H2 database is being used for everything other than point values (also the old HTML reports' data goes into the NoSQL, if installed).

      Hi thutchis, Probably yes. There is some discussion in another recent thread (https://forum.infiniteautomation.com/topic/3180/temporal-observational-data-on-collected-data) about other options (and a script to automatically create observation points of a sort), but if you use alphanumeric virtual points (that other thread uses alphanumeric script points) you will have the same sets of tools (reports, script contexts) as the other data points you're working with.

      Hi Tom, At the bottom of the edit point page is a section for event detectors. You're either looking for a Change or Update detector. After the event detector is created, you will need to create an Email event handler on the /event_handlers.shtm page for the event, and you will need to configure your SMTP server in the system settings.

      Ah! Thanks for sharing what the cause and solution were. I went back and edited that post so that Dan's suggestion (this issue) was /opt/mango/bin/ma.pid in the original post Glad you got it working!
