In what way are the folder names different. I downloaded the zip file and the file names in the MangoTSTD directory appear to be the same as in the zip file

This is for sure possible but your question is very general. We would need to have details about how we need to interface with the files and what Mango needs to do. I would assume there would be some documentation you can provide?
