Different set of widgets for different users

  • If for different users we have different set of widgets on the same dashboard we can hide/reveal them by using the Login property of a Dashboard. It'll save us the number of dashboards.

  • If you click on the name of the Dashboard while in DGLux design mode, you can expose Username, Login, etc. as dynamic properties of the frame, and you can bind those to things.

  • Hi Phillip :) , is it mandatory to expose Dashboard properties as dynamic properties to bind them further to widgets or I can bind them as Dashboard properties directly?

    Thank you.

  • Binding from that origin is the only way I'm aware of.

  • Oh, I see I misunderstood it because I thought you were talking about Dynamic Properties Tab that every widget has as well as Dashboard in particular
