Manog HTS booting error

Hi hope all is well.
Has anyone come across a booting error with the Mango HTS? It was a working unit for more that 5 years with no issue and all of a sudden it stopped? Attached is an image of the error. I suspect that the operating system is missing however can't figure out how it will just loose/delete the operating system by itself?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. -
@Ruan-0 cannot load the image to help, if you're trying to access via serial terminal, could please copy and paste the output between some code tags?

I may have a similar problem with my Mango HTS-V1-NISE-105. Screen advises to "Reboot and select proper device...". Can you reshare your tip.
