I have a cloud connection v3.6.0. I connect to Mango es v3.6.4. If I try to setup a phone app to connect directly to the Mango es as per the video instructions, it does not work. shows proxy error 401.
Also having no luck setting up user to connect directly to graphic in user setup.

      Help!

      Cheers,

      Rick

        Hi Rowen

It is kind of hard to tell what you are exactly describing here. Can you paste a link to the video you are referring to?
Are you referring to logging into the ES via cloud connect?

          Hi Rick,

Do you mean using the "Install as app" button on a client connected through a Cloud Connect connection?

I didn't reference a video. Are you talking about the content of this video, starting at 3:57? https://help.infiniteautomation.com/introduction-to-html5-web-apps

Also it may help to know if your phone is Android or IOS, or something else.
