While in Dashboard Designer > Edit markup, I am unable to copy anything - that is, nothing is copied to the clipboard when using Cmd/Ctrl+C. Therefor, I cannot copy and paste within the editor. NOTE: I CAN cut and paste... This only occurs in Chrome (using Version 64.0.3282.140) - Safari and Firefox work as expected. Nor is there an appropriate context menu (in Chrome only). I've racked my brain trying to think of a Chrome specific issue, but am at a loss. Any experience with this?

Works fine on Chrome Version 64.0.3282.167 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows so I assume its something to do with you being on OSX. I'm also going to assume you meant Cmd-C?

@jared-wiltshire yes - see my corrections. particularly that Cmd-x works fine and copies to the clipboard. very odd. Never saw that before. Could you possibly have someone try on osx? Makes no sense, I know - and you've had no other complaints.

We bind Ctrl-C to copy items on the dashboard designer so its possibly its interfering even when on the edit markup view. Can you try in the "Edit pages" page instead.

exactly the same behavior Cmd-C Cmd-V does nothing - Cmd-X Cmd-V works fine - that's my current workaround - cut and paste twice what I want to copy!

Works fine in Chrome OSX for me. Using Cmd + V from the dashboard designer text editor. You might want to check any anti-virus you have installed. I've seen strange behavior with anti-virus blocking some keystrokes.

Thanks for the wild goose chase - sorry to bother - just can't figure it out. No AV on this machine, though something is clearly awry.
