In my opinion, the report is always running on server time and the timestamps are corrected to the users timezone.
ie: the report is always going from 2020/08/01 00:00:00 MDT to 2020/09/01 00:00:00 MDT
When the user that has been set to EST views those time stamps they are corrected to:
2020/07/31 22:00:00 EST to 2020/08/31 22:00:00 EST

So if the time stamps are being 'corrected' to the server time, the time stamps should read 2020/08/01 02:00:00 EST to 2020/09/01 02:00:00 EST- but instead the times are just being moved two hours prior to the server time (when in actuality it is two hours in the other direction).

What is happening is not so much a correction, as it is an incorrect adjustment.

The reports use 'relative' time periods and are set to 'Previous' 1 month + they are set to run on the first of every month at 6 am using the cron pattern (0 0 6 1 * ?).

Additionally, the reports that came in this morning are still suffering from this problem BUT when I run the reports manually the problem no longer persists.

I tried looking for a topic similar to this already but didn't find anything, but I could have easily missed it.

When editing a watch list, in watch list builder in the "Selected Points" tab, I am unable to manually set the order I want my points to be displayed. The only sorting that works is when the watch list is being displayed and sorting by a specific column. When ever I use the manual slider, it moves the point back to where it was and leaves it selected.

Relatively, I am sure this is not a huge priority but I wanted to make sure it was a known issue.
