      Hi all,

My Mango is connected to the Main Switch via Modbus TCP.

I'm trying to read 2 registers (Circuit Breaker Open & Close) from main switch but it's showing illegal data address.

I tried to read these 2 registers with the Modbus Poll software. It's showing the same issue (illegal data address) in the Modbus Poll.

But in the software, I can set the read quantity to 2 and it fixed the issue. I can now read the 2 registers properly in Modbus Poll.

How do I configure in Mango to read only 2 registers? Or how to fix this illegal address issue?

      Thanks,
      Ryan

@ryanlo assuming you're using tcp/ip, check that you can actually ping the unit from your mango box.
Second, confirm of the unit has a zero or one offset for the registers.
Mango is zero by default, you may need to increment your register addresses by one.
