MangoES V3 reset password
My customer has purchased equipment of a former company and does not have the username or password. I was able to find the IP address on the network and can get to the web interface and ssh to port 2222 but the default passwords don't work. I read that I need to "open the box" to get the ssh password. Is this correct, and how do I do that?
Once there, it sounds like I can make a password change in the database to be able to access the web interface. Is that also correct?

Each MangoES has a unique password for SSH access. You can email Radix support and include the original client information and the serial number of the unit and we may be able to help you there.
How do I find the serial number of the unit?
@JoelHaggar support has not responded. I e-mailed 3 days ago. Can you assist me in getting the serial number or password? TIA
