I'm brand new to this and without a background in HTML5! I have just installed a ES module and have connected thru BACnet to an HVAC controller. I can get my Data source and Data points connected fine but the data points won't log data? Also I notice the time at top of screen is not correct and I don't see where to adjust it?

      Anyone?

      R

I can help you with this much. The time you can set via the old ui url.
        [mangoaddress]/system_settings.shtm

under Mango ES Configuration, that is where you can configure your timezone.

        Sorry I don't use bacnet.

          Hi Rowen

We will need to see your data point logging properties to see whats going on.

Hi Rowen, welcome to the forum!

In addition to logging settings on the points you've created, I would wonder:

            • Is the point on COV notification? If so, the device will report value changes rather than being polled at the poll rate if it supports COV subscription.
            • Are there any events on the /ui/events page that pertain to the BACnet data source in question?

@phildunlap Hey! The COV was my issue! Thanks very much.

              Cheers,
