Hello, I have a question, it is a problem if I have two MangoES that are connected to the same PLC and both are getting points from there?

I'm asking this because one of the MangoES is very slow, and I want to know why is slow. Both MangoES are updated to the last core version 3.4.5.

        Hi georgestefan,

I wonder, can you share the graph of the CPU temperature point from each unit? I would wonder if one of them is very hot and getting throttled, if the setup is similar in demands upon them.

To answer the two things talking to the same PLC question, that would depend on the protocol. It could be an issue if it was Modbus serial (or any time two users try to use a serial line at the same time, really), but usually Modbus IP devices will support more than one connection concurrently without issue.

@phildunlap For that one that is working very slow the temperature graphic doesn't show anything, but the temperatures are very high, see the picture from below.

For the other one seems to be ok, the graphic shows me the values.

I've opened the Mango box and the heat sink did not sit on the CPU and the fan didn't worked, when I try to rotate it with my hand the fan was rotating very hard.

@phildunlap Hi, I want to set up an alarm to send me an email when the CPU temperature is to high, which value do you recommend to be the trigger point?

                  Thank you!

There's not a generally right answer since ES units may be in a variety of environments. But, judging from the chart you shared over 70 degrees for a minute would be very abnormal, so that would be a high limit detector on the CPU temperature points.
