      Over the last week I have repeated emailed info@ (Woody) and Joel, but I am getting no response. Is there anybody else at infinite automation who can help?

        I see your email in our support system but we don't have enough information to resolve it. We asked for screen shots of the issue and didn't get any yet. Please continue the conversation via email.

            So it has now been two weeks without a reply to my numerous emails, other the the above post from Joel. What is going on with Infinate Automation? In the past license issues were always solved in one day.

              I think there could be a issue between our email systems. I sent you another email on November 1st with no response from you. Please try responding to the original ticket you set to the IAS support email. If that doesn't work we can use Skype of google hangout.
