My ISP changed my IP address. The existing paid-for DGLux license no longer works.

  • So it has now been two weeks without a reply to my numerous emails, other the the above post from Joel. What is going on with Infinate Automation? In the past license issues were always solved in one day.


  • I think there could be a issue between our email systems. I sent you another email on November 1st with no response from you. Please try responding to the original ticket you set to the IAS support email. If that doesn't work we can use Skype of google hangout.
