How to get a finally table through comparing pre-set figure with specified time zone data?

I understand that by reports modules, I can now get the data within a specified time zone (for example 2:00-3:00), but I still hope that the data could be further compared with a pre-set figure and finally get a value Eligible and send email to me I would like to know how to do.
For example, first I get specified time zone data,if the preset condition is "keep comparing with the preset figure 20 until I find the figure smaller than 20" , then when we get the qualified figure, we will consider it "passed",if finished all data in this specified time zone have no value smaller than 20,than we will consider it "failed", similar principle will be applied on the other data points and finally a diagram will be produced automatically. Then will send email to me ,How could I enable this function?Date Type X1 Status X2 Status X3 Status X4 Status x5 Status

It's hard to understand exactly what you want to do. I think you can do the comparisons and create a pass or fail data point through the Scripting Data Source but I don't think the reports will work for what you want.

I find the meta module have the funcation for this .
I have built a module that meta module .
and I connect a datapoint .then
I setting condition for this .then I in report module choose the meta point .
Every is ok.
