Excel Reports date / time selection

Hello all,
I hope everyone is well and safe during the pandemic.My system is:
core 3.7.7
mangoui 3.7.8
excel reports 3.7.1
Centos 7.8
Chrome Version 88.0.4324.190I have a problem when selecting a specific date to run the Excel reports.
Using either the Configure and run option from the gear or the Time periods selection of the report set up, the date and time selection never seems to set properly. The date / time selection automatically moves from the date calendar onto the time clock, which is as expected. But what appears to happen is that the date does not get saved after clicking OK. The time seems to get saved properly but the date ends up as some random date. The following screen shots show one such sequence:
This is actually my 3rd attempt today. note the date in the future already in the "From" selection.
I am trying to get a report from midnight of 27 Feb to midnight of the 28th.
And it save the From time as 1 Mar.
On my next attempt is was the 12th of Mar.
The date / time period does not let me click into the string and edit the portion that is wrong. I have to tab into it and type the entire string.
A fix for this would be greatly appreciated.
