Commercial Lite - Licence

Can a Commercial lite licence (one off fee) be procured by one party and then transferred over to a second party? I have a situation where the responsible party or person who will be the permanent owner of the licence has not been determined yet, so I need another party to procure the licence and hold it until the permanent owner of the licence is determined. At this time the licence will be transferred over to the permanent owner. We have an embedded Mango ES and we want to launch VM into a owner managed cloud

Licenses can be transferred to new owners and there is no cost. You just contact support to do this.
