Getting error when submitting an Issue

Hi guys,
I have been trying to submit a issue ticket on the main page of Mango automation. Weird thing is that I am unable to submit the ticket. I always seem to get an error with the phone number. Very weird. Is there another way to submit a ticket or send an email with the problem to them?
