      Hi,
When I tried to do a CSV download on data points either in the 'Bulk Data Point Edit' or 'Data Source' from the latest Mango (core version 3.6.4) on a iMAC with the latest MacOS 10.14.6, an error occurred as shown below while I access it via Safari (desktop version 12.1.2 (14607.3.9):
The download works on PC Based modern browers.

The download (from Safari) works when accessing Mango server within the LAN environment.

      Thanks.

I just tested this and had no issue downloading a CSV from a cloud server. Are you behind a proxy or fire wall ?

My Mac is behind an internet router. My windows PC is behind the same router. the download works on the PC but not the Mac.
I just tried Firefox on my Mac and it works. So it looks like it is with Safari.

Ye googling that error came up with a lot of safari issues. Just out of curiosity does your browser open a new tab when you click the download button?

              Yes, it does.
Now it appears the problem comes and goes. Sometime it works like this:
But it does not get downloaded as csv file. However I can then manually save it as csv in safari.

Can you please clearly outline the conditions under which
                a) It works
                b) It doesn't work

You say it works from Safari "within the LAN environment", what exactly do you mean by this? Are you accessing the Mango server by IP address? Is the Mango server on the same subnet?

When does it not work? Are you accessing the Mango server across the internet? Are you accessing it by domain name? Are you connecting via HTTPS?

edit. I'll just add this, Safari is not a browser I would ever recommend to use for Mango. It is fine 90% of the time but you definitely might come across scenarios like this. The reason for this is that Apple does not focus on adhering to web standards and therefore there are often compatibility issues with the Safari browser. I would recommend using either Chrome or Firefox wherever possible.
