we r sure we can access the network folder smb://nas14/public/oscar on ubuntu windows interface, read & write ok
can i backup configuration settings to a network folder?

      I've set that to smb://nas14/public/oscar
but it says 'Backup location does not exist'
what should i type there to let it save configuration settings to a network folder?

    • What is the meaning of "No value match made for point" alarm?

What is the meaning of "No value match made for point" alarm?
One of our customer received 2 urgent alarm from Mango Automation this morning:

      1. Event active notification
03:07:53 - 'ZM-RFCRCK': No value match made for point WDS - Zone 1 Dry Contact
This event requires a manual acknowledgement for it to become inactive
        Mango Automation

      2. Event active notification
04:35:56 - 'ZM-RFCRCK': No value match made for point WDS - Zone 1 Dry Contact
This event requires a manual acknowledgement for it to become inactive
        Mango Automation

However, in the console, it show that everything is working fine and no history error log shown.
It also haven’t triggered the IMS4K to call out as expected.
Please advise what is the meaning off the alert message? Is it a true alarm / false alarm?
If it is a false alarm, how to prevent it from happening?
      Please help, thx very much.
