Home /User help/Repetitively Prompt Modbus Exception Error But ModScan show no error !
I post the same issue on User Help. Maybe I posted on wrong category.
Hope this can IAS attention to answer.
@mattfox The COM port cannot poll at same time between Mango and diagnosis software. The log in Mango was taken during the DataSource is enabled.
Thanks
To clear my doubt, I make another trace using different diagnosis software. This time I use the ASE2000 to simulate the Modbus RTU Master. A software very popular use in Utilities market.
I put additional logs in same share drive, which provide the raw (hex exchange between master and slave), the interpreted and both. I also check the CRC, it seen normal in all exchanges.
Hope IAS can spend valuable time to look into it.

Dear experts, I am having the repetitively Modbus exception error prompt in current alarms view. I simplify the test by just read a stream of holding registers from address 721 to 845 (every single poll where I have set the max read register count 125). However I use the ModScan (popular software tool to diagnose modbus network) install in same computer as Mango installed using the same com port (com 1) and network, the tool prompt no error (as you can see in screen capture the number of poll and response don't miss). I have try the Echo check and uncheck in Mango Data Sources configuration but is still the same.
I have tried to check any similar post in this forum, the latest I can find is 4 months ago which not really a similar case to my.
I have put the logs in google share drive and attached all I can provide here.
Urgent to seek advise from experts.
Thanks,
