Hi all,

My Mango is connected to the Main Switch via Modbus TCP.

I'm trying to read 2 registers (Circuit Breaker Open & Close) from main switch but it's showing illegal data address.

I tried to read these 2 registers with the Modbus Poll software. It's showing the same issue (illegal data address) in the Modbus Poll.

But in the software, I can set the read quantity to 2 and it fixed the issue. I can now read the 2 registers properly in Modbus Poll.

How do I configure in Mango to read only 2 registers? Or how to fix this illegal address issue?

Hi all,

I have configured the event handler to send email and SMS notification when the generator has low fuel.

It appears there was a low fuel event at 21/02 00:46 in which the email notification was sent.
However the text message may have only been sent out ~48 hours later, on the morning of 23/02.

How do I fix this delay issue? Or is this an issue from the SMS provider?

I'm trying to configure a New MangoGT device.

After setting it up with a router, I opened up the Mango web ui.

In the login, I entered the default username (admin) and password (admin).

But it said Login failed - Bad credentials.

It doesn't make sense because the device is new and not configured. The default login should be working as it worked for the devices I configured previously.

Is there another default login? If not, is it possible to hard reset the mango device?
