Error with Bacnet Function is not unicast, broadcast, or forward (0xa, 0xb, or 0x4)

This is the Error I am receiving. 'Mitsubishi City Line': Function is not unicast, broadcast, or forward (0xa, 0xb, or 0x4). 'Mitsubishi City Line': is the Bacnet datapoint. I never had this error before just wondering what this means? Any idea let me know. I am running mango 1.13.0.
