      Hi.
      Hope all is well.

Has anyone had an issue whereby you'd set the region time zone and then power off the device overnight. When you power up the device the next morning the Region time zone are set back to default? The time zone was save under the user profile as we would do normally.

I have not been able to replicate the issue so my guess would be that the "clock battery" needs to be replaced?

Anyone shed more light on this?

Assuming you mean in the mango application itself then it is a possibility.
If you've got a linux box I'd recommend issuing a date command in the terminal to see the current time and zone. If it's a newer unit you may be able to issue timedatectl instead and receive a more informative output.
Afterwwards, if you can see it's reset after being down for a period of time, then it's likely.
