View Excel Report

Hello guys,
I face an strange phenomenom when I press View to display an excel report, it returns: "A server error occured". Please contact your Mango administrator.
I thought this is a limit when I used Free license but now even with licensed Enterprise edition. It is still there. I already have Microsoft Office installed and I can view the report if I download them but it is not available to Super Administrator to view on browser.
Please suggest a solution :| Thank you guys.

And also face this error message even though I got 1500 point standalone license

@tungthanh500 Hello, the Excel report module only comes with a single report template unless you purchase the license for the module. I could put you in contact with a sales rep unless you are already working with someone? If you are, reach out to them or you could put in a ticket and include your GUID here and we could look into it.

Hello @joeamiraglia, thank you for your reply. Where can I find the page you have that free/paid? I never know about that, I thought the limit is from the free license! I also sent an email to support and still waiting for official reply.

@tungthanh500 That screen shot was from the Mango Store, if you login and look at your license it will either say unrestricted or standalone next to excelReports. If it's standalone you only could use 1 template which is what I think your issue is.

@tungthanh500 Uou might want to email the sales channel instead of support. This is a license issue.
