Where can I find detailed information on the dashboard elements?
The videos and the help documentation is rather limited.
I see that some of these components are Material Design Components. Where is detailed documentation for these components?
Also, has anyone been able to use Grafana to build dashboards? Perhaps by integrate directly into the H2 database?

All the information on the components is under the API docs page you may need to enable this on the edit menu page. With regards to H2 integration this wont work as the data history is not stored in the H2 it is stored in the NoSQL DB which is only accessible through the rest API.
