Accidentally deleted the files in webapps/ROOT folder mango stops working help!!

I accidentally deleted the files in the webapps/ROOT folder.
Mango stopped working.
I copied the index.jsp back to the folder and it wil stil not workwhat do i need to do to get it working again.
And not losing the databases -
Just reinstall Mango into the same location. As long as you didn't delete your database, you'll be fine.
