Mango 4 Cant upload excel template

Hi all,
I am trying to upload an excel template but when I do I get an error -"Report File Not Found"
I have uploaded the file to the file store and I have also copied it to the excel templates folder but no matter what I try I get the same error.
Any help would be appreciated.
