      I followed the instructions exactly even loading JDK 8 and changing the port from 8080 and I stops while setting up the database at 40%.
      Below is the image of the error:

        Version 3.6 and upwards requires the use of open JDK for starters I believe.

          exact same problem i have encountered post upgrade. Same problem with either Oracle or the OpenJDK.
          See my previous thread:link text. I have put this aside now until I have got more than to investigate.
          Hope you have better luck.

            Thanks. I just noticed the OpenJDK. The other documentation and videos had it as Oracle Version 8. I assumed I was ok, since it was not a commercial application. I will try the open.

              I tried the openJDK and loaded its destination into the environmental variables. No luck. Still same error

                I downloaded the Mango Commercial Enterprise Evaluation version and the installation worked fine. Must have something to do with the Free download. The Commercial Enterprise Evaluation, says its the free version.

                    Enterprise has all the modules rather than the bare minimum. That would explain a lot.
