      Although Ubuntu is still no officially supported by Serotonin, a user graciously provided this tidbit for getting image charts working:

      apt-get install ttf-dejavu
      

      This will install some fonts that are needed, without which the image creation fails.

        Just for info - Currently running on Ubuntu - and have had no problems

        Did not have to install Dejavu

          I found that:

          • this step is not needed for Ubuntu Desktop 10.04
          • it is required for a simple installation of Ubuntu server 10.04
