We have the same issue. We have 4 instances of Mango that all went down without us touching them or attempting to do an upgrade.

We get the same message when we attempt to manually restart. "Core upgrade found... No Jar utility found to extract upgrade,"

Any insight into this situation would be greatly appreciated.

@dcitech that does not seem to be the same problem, please open a new topic and provide more information for us to help you.

Mango does not and has never attempted to do an upgrade by itself.

You say they went down then later you say that you tried to restart them. So are they running or not? Can you please check your logs and find the entries around where they went down / failed to restart?

Is this a MangoES? How do you start Mango? Are you using a custom startup script or is this on Windows or something?

Just found this, so I suspect you are running on Windows and do not have JAVA_HOME set -

                Hi Jared,

You were correct, there was an issue with the JAVA_HOME path. I got that corrected but I still could not get it to restart so I manually extracted the 3.7.1 core files and then was able to restart. Once running, Mango was able to download and extract the 3.7.2 core upgrade successfully when using the upgrades page..

                Thanks for the guidance!
                Ted
