Restore Admin Menu

Hi. I have accidentally removed the admin menu thinking it would only effect users. With the menu now hidden, how do I restore it?
Also how do I hide all menus except watchlists and dashboards from users (non-admin)? Thanks. -

You could edit your URL in your browaer to <mangoHome>/ui/administration/edit-menu That should take you to your edit menu page, where you can reactivate it.
you can then change the permission required on the menu items you want hidden to super Admin and remove user. This will only allow admins to see those tabs.
