Hi Buddhika,
Sorry to be so late in replying. The HTTP Image Retriever data source is the only one that may work for this. Other options may include directly including the camera in the dashboard.

@buddhika You can construct dashboards in the free version of Mango using "Edit pages" or "Dashboard designer". Version 3.2 has been released, please use this.
You can include your IP camera feed in our HTML5 dashboards provided your camera:
a) Is accessible from the web
b) Provides the ability to embed its feed in a HTML page
