Upgrade then no restart

We upgraded yesterday to the newest core and mango would not restart. We restarted the server it's on and still won't start. Please find attache0_1477064443276_ma.log d the log file.

The last Log message there is Mango shutting down. If you are on Windows I would start it in the terminal by running the ma-start.bat and see what the output is there.

All, Thanks for the help. After starting ma-bat in terminal we saw that the upgrade was not complete. We backed out and did the upgrade manually and all is well now. Thanks again for the help.
