Micro unit prefix not recognized
-
I am trying to use the conductivity units microsiemens per meter (μS/m). The point properties unit context help states that "You can use all SI prefixes on SI units, e.g. you can enter W for watt and also µW (microwatt), MW (megawatt) etc."
However, neither uW nor µW are accepted:
μW not recognized (in μW at index 0)
Needless to say, μS and uS do not work either.
Has anyone here been able to use the "mu" unit prefix, either as μ or u, or even as an unsightly 10^-6?

Pedro,
I was able to copy and paste in your your first µW characters from your post with success as a unit. However using either of the micro watt labels from the code snippet in your post did not work. It must be a character code problem.
The first micro watt in your post is represented as the 2 unicode characters:
\u00b5 \u0057
The other 2 are:
\u03BC \u0057

Thanks, Terry. I should have thought of that. I have a greek keyboard layout set up as an alternate keyboard because it is useful for engineering. That's where I got the mu character from. After reading your post, I copy/pasted the µ symbol from the Mango help into the unit box, and it worked!
