when I use report module,displayed like attachment.how to solve it ?

When I use reports module and click 'run now' ,display like attachment.how to sovle it ?module is 2.4.0.

I don't think we ever had a version of 2.4.0 for the reports module. Do you mean the core version 2.4.0? There were some know issues and I would recommend upgrading to the latest 2.6.4 if you are not.
You may need to remove the reports module and then install it again after the upgrade. Keep in mind if you remove the module you will loose any reports you have set up.
Another thing to look at in version 2.6.4 is the new Excel Reports module.
