In order to analyse "points data" on a period, I'd like to know if it possible to export one, some or all into a file ?
I've tried the Import/Export functionnality in 1.6.2 Mango version. But, unsuccessfull.

      Thanks

      Phil

        Hi Phil,

Import/Export is for system configuration, not point data. Use reports instead.

        Best regards,
        Matthew

How can we retrieve the data from database (MySQL) so that additional analysis and processing can be done.
