Display "Server error :Timeout"

I run mango 2.4.0 on win7.and alway can received data run normal.
but all along alarm be more. When click alarm button will display "Server Error :Timeout" and have no alarm display.
Is this mango bug? Total results:only 8346

Are you local to the server?
On the same local network?
Or is the server on a distant internet link somewhere?
Could be just the delay introduced with java trying to do something remotely from your PC?Cheers
