That's a good question but not one that can be easily answered as it depends on so many factors. First, what type of hardware are you running on. On a larger server you could to 50,000 + per second. On a Raspberry Pi you can do about 300 per second. It depends on the polling rate of the data points and how the rest of Mango is being used. On a modest quad-core, 4 GB ram polling every 5-10 seconds you should be able to do 5000 or so data points with no problems.
It might be more productive for you to explain your use case, how many points you need to run and how the system will be used and I can make recommendations from there.
Thanks,

I on forum ask the question maybe have a little misunderstanding.I f I have 5 equipment and every equipment is a data source.and every equipment(data source ) have 25 data point.whether mango can be support these data point.need purchase more modue?
-
Ah, yes that makes more sense. All of the paid for Modules will allow 20 data points for free. If you need more then 20 data points then you need to purchase a license.
-
Does the 20 data point mean every data source less than 20 point or less than 20 point totally in all data source
-
I'm actually not sure but I think it's a total of 20 Modbus points no mater how many data sources you have. I could be wrong but you could find out pretty quickly.

Here you can see the difference in the licenses: http://infiniteautomation.com/index.php/software/pricing
The main difference is that it comes with Unlimited DGLux Dashboards and the high speed NoSQL database. We are also developing a REST based API for Mango which will be included in the Enterprise Version. It also comes with a license for all the modules and data sources.
