Menu Folders showing blank pages

Hello,
I am having issues creating folders in the menu section. I can create folders and put pages into those folders however when i click on the page it shows up with a blank page. As far as i can tell all my settings for the pages and permissions are set up correctly, i'm also doing this within the superadmin account.
If i place the page into the 'Administration' folder along with all the site settings, the page shows up on the list and i can click it and it works as you would expect. The problem only happens when i put pages into a custom made folder. So i think it's an issue with that and not the pages i have created.
This is the configuration of my folder.
Has anyone had similar issues?
