          @dage your images are misleading as they show that you can see the report template? Note that each template has its own permissions:

          Read generated report - which lets a user view the generated report
          and
          Edit report template - which lets a user edit the report template

          Both of those in your 2nd image do not have the user role assigned to them.

            @terrypacker Hello,
            The fact is that ,the two images are log in using the superadmin for config the permissions . I use superadmin role to config the permission like this:
            75ba41d6-5f6d-42a9-8272-021f14960c7a-image.png
            but when I user the users role to login,it dont work ,it dont have the permission to access url:
            http://localhost:8080/administration/excel-reports/
            015d3c24-bfd0-49ec-ab58-808f3d15dee4-image.png

            so ,I have the question, Can other role other than a superadmin access http://localhost:8080/administration/excel-reports/.

            My goal is for different roles to log in, see only their own templates, and download their own Excel.
            Thanks in advance.

              @dage I just tested this on our latest codebase and it works fine. This could be a bug in beta.3 but I doubt it so I suggest you review your permissions again and make sure your menu item permissions aren't set too restrictive. Not sure what else to tell you as it works in my tests just fine.

                @terrypacker Thanks for your reply.
                I configured the permissions as above,when I login as test(users role), the menus dont have the excel report item :

                also manually enter the url http://localhost:8080/administration/excel-reports/ ,it dont have the permission to access as follow:
