Pages not showing up when moved into folder.

I am having issue viewing pages I created when I assign them into a folder.
I can create a page and view it when writing it/configuring it. When I edit the page and assign it to a parent item so that I can select it via the menu under a folder, it shows as a menu item but loads a blank page when I click it.
I then view the page from the edit menu, it is just blank. If I remove it from linking to the parent item back to ‘UI-Menu & Toolbar’ I can view the page again.
I’m not sure if it’s something to do with the roles, the page is set up to be read as ‘user’.
I’m not sure where I am going wrong here.
