Why there is no 'Save As' function for 'Dashboard designer' and 'Edit page'?

I noticed there no 'Save As' function for the above two UIs. I know I can copy/paste the underlining codes between
pages. But I think it will improve productivity and reduce errors by having such function.thanks.
