Now in css can not use like

Hi sean,

I'm not sure what the enclosing [{ }] is trying to do on the balloon text from what you provide in the first sentence, so, I'm going to ignore that. The balloon text option needs to be a string, and there will probably be some quote escaping because this is HTML in a string in an HTML component, so we need three levels of quote marks, like,

options="{labelsEnabled:false,outlineAlpha:0.2,innerRadius:70,hoverAlpha:0.5, balloonText:'[[title]] [[value]] ([[percents]]%)'}"
