Including tag values in reports?

Is there currently a way to allow tags/values to be included in a report? I am looking to be able to create a report with an output that is visually similar to the Bulk Data Point Edit screen in the UI (tag columns with values).

Which report? Excel reports or just the standard reports module? I know the standard reports module has the data point tags in it but its not a columnar display like you are asking for.

You can access them two ways,
