Using the latest UI 3.3.3 there seems to be an issue and limit with the number of items one can display on the menu sub item list depending on the order of the subitems. This is not a new issue and I noticed it a while ago. Different orders of submenu items let different items be displayed like there is only enough realestate to show the first few. If I add a fourth item it does not get displayed... In this example no menu items were changed, only the order of the items have been changed. One can see the sub menu for > Tenant Consumption has three sub items in actuality but depending on the order of the Sibling items in the list only two or one of the child items get displayed. If I reorder the sibling items of the folder in question further odd behaviour is exhibited with wide gaps between the items further lower in the menu as in the last graphic.

        Hi Phillip,

Got your images. I think they perhaps overshared for the forum, and since they were intended for us I took them out.

Offhand I think it may be related to the degree of nesting in the menus. You'll notice at that level the subitems don't indent further either. But, I'm not sure, we'll look into it.

The issue is that we only support 3 levels on the menu but the UI currently doesn't restrict you from going more than 3 levels deep. We will be adding this restriction to prevent confusion. There are other ways to create your own custom menus you might want to look into: https://forum.infiniteautomation.com/topic/2932/v3-dashboard-designer/6

I have also added an article here that should help: https://help.infiniteautomation.com/custom-menus/
