      Hi all,

      I have successfully create a horizontal guideline with the help from the forum. However I also need to create a vertical guideline for categoryAxis from 10:00:00 to 21:00:00 as per photo attached.

      0_1515663883917_VerticalGuideline.jpg

      I have searched amchart doc online but I am clueless how to do it as categoryAxis is in hourly format. I have set parseDate to true, then how to define or display out the required vertical line on the hourly chart is confusing for me.

      Any help or guidance will be appreciated. Thanks

        Try something like this

        options="{categoryAxis: {guides: [{date: dateBar.from.valueOf()+100000, toDate: dateBar.from.valueOf()+200000, lineAlpha: 0.6, lineColor: 'blue', fillAlpha: 0.5, fillColor: 'blue', inside: false, labelRotation: 90,label: 'Test test test'}]}}"

        Where dateBar.from is a date, calling valueOf() returns the epoch timestamp which you can then add x number of milliseconds to.
