Hello there. I can try to help you. The Platform Management -> Edit Menu screen allows you to hide/show any menu items you would like. It also allows you to create new menu items and links. So you could create a new folder (top level menu item), then under that, create only the links you want to present to your users.
The trick to this is to create each link as a type External Link, then provide the path to the desired page in this format:
/ui/platform-management/edit-menu
That example would give you a link that would bring users to the edit menu page. The link must contain the whole path after your base url, so everything after the first slash (/). Choose the option 'Same window' for this external link and it will work exactly the same as the existing link under Platform Management. You can give it whatever name and icon you want, but it's probably best to stick to what your users already know. You can place these links at the root of the menu or under a top-level menu item or folder.
If you want to create a top-level menu item (folder) to contain your links, under Link to content, choose the Show menu item as a folder checkbox and select the No content radio button.
Be sure to click the Save button on the main menu editor screen after each individual change to be sure the edit takes and the new folder/links show up on the menu. The menu should show the changes immediately.
I hope that helps!
