Separate remote views for separate users

Hello Mango Community,
I just started using Mango and interested how it's possible to make accessible only dedicated views to separate users? Also setting different control levels would be great!
Hope my wish is clear enough. -
By default views are owned by the creator, and can be shared with various control levels. Are you talking about remote views?
