publisher is failing to send data to the server.
at each trial - EOS alarm arises...
what is the meaning of this event? -
I believe it is an end of steam error, I have seen this before when the publisher/data source settings do not match.

It may also help to know what kind of publisher, if Craig's suggestion doesn't solve it.
